Mom and Dad have spear headed the simple concept of good quality food, accompanied by beyond expectation service; the Seven Brothers foundation. They currently assist in vision creation of Seven Brothers, holding us accountable and strong to our original values of, Christ Centered, Family Focused and Passion driven food!
Spencer Bro #1
CO-FOUNDER
Spencer the wise and great. Spencer pioneered the architectural design of our first corporate stores. Look and feel of the restaurant is where he put his magic. His hard work and passion is etched into his hands, like an old baseball glove. Today, we still look to that original layout to keep the brand grounded to its humble beginnings.
Sterling Bro #2
CO-FOUNDER
Sterling was the first of us to open on the mainland, to test our passion driven burgers, amongst the mainland folk. A leap of faith and it paid off. He currently leads the charge of all things store operations. His art lies within his fine detailed wiring. Always looking forward on how we can produce good quality food, in a timely fashion, while maintaining Seven Brothers culture, love and Aloha!
Seth Bro #3
CO-FOUNDER
Seth has played a paramount role in our customer care, building the system we now currently use to assure that every person that visits us, genuinely leaves with the full Seven Brothers experience. Like an old college room mate, he will be your best friend until the ends of time. He runs all Franchise on-boarding processes’ and Franchise Sales communications.
Shem Bro #4
CO-FOUNDER
Creator of the menu . Shem assisted in the overall taste, feel and electricity of each item we serve. He took the bold step forward to cut all the fat off the menu, to simplify and magnify the items that we believed would blow people away! Cultured by the mercy of the world, he designed his intrinsic pallet by traveling to the deepest corners of the world! Today we continue to operate by the standards and ingredients he originally pieced together those 14 years ago.

CO-FOUNDER
Seek opened our second corporate location on the mainland. A soft handed fella, but blessed with a wit that stings. His goal and focus along with the family and team is to electrify the Seven Brothers brand, and continue to grow and expand without compromising the Seven Brothers values and standards.
Max Bro #6
CO-FOUNDER
The first to ever pick up a spatula. Around here we say, “Put a spatula in Max’s hand and watch the world go round.” At just 16 years old, he was getting pulled out of math class at Kahuku High to help Mom and Dad survive the lunch rush. While other kids were solving equations, Max was solving how to get 20 burgers on the grill without breaking a sweat.
Max has built the backbone of our leadership force, making sure our ship sails tight with leaders who don’t just work the brand, they bleed it leaders who put culture first and carry it like family.
Shez Bro #7
CO-FOUNDER
Shez, the baby of the fam, got yanked out of school (alongside Max) to help crush those early lunch rushes back in the day. Quick-witted and funny, he’s got charisma like an unbroken horse—you gotta work for his attention, but once you’ve got it, he’ll take you on a ride straight into the sunset. These days, he’s the brains behind all things training, making sure every new store opens smooth as butter as we keep growing.
